Good carribean takeaways in essex/east London ?

I’m here looking after a family member and am craving some proper grub. Does anyone know of anywhere decent? Preferably near the Elizabeth line.

I've never found a good carribean restaurant, the best I've had was at Glastonbury but I was absolutely smashed to bits. Unless there have been huge advances in cooking technology you just can't make goat or plantain taste good. They'll solve time travel before they solve that.

The decent little one by dalston junction is still there and always busy. Can’t remember the name.

When I worked in Liv st, once a week would jump on the train to stamford hill, jamaican takeaway right next to the station entrance on your left, was excellent. Egg Store next door (kosher grocer and deli) would supply fresh chrain.

A mate of mine swears that the Caribbean Eatery in Blackhorse Lane is the best place in the area.
